Ordering process for custom-made and dream dresses

Ena Eskander is a private fashion designer specializing in wedding dresses and haute couture gowns.

The path to your perfect wedding dress couldn't be easier or more convenient—without even leaving your home! I'll guide you step by step through the entire process to create your unique wedding dress, all from the comfort of your own home.

Here's how it works:

1. Initial consultation

To begin, I'd like to get to know you and your wishes – in a detailed consultation via chat, phone, or video chat. Whatever you prefer and feel comfortable with. During this personal consultation, we'll discuss all the details: What do you have in mind for your dream dress? Which fabrics, cuts, and details do you particularly like? I'll take the time to understand your ideas so we can develop the ideal design for your wedding dress. You can share your ideas, preferences, and concerns with me, and together we'll develop the perfect foundation for your dress.

2. Design and planning

Based on our conversation, I'll create a plan that meets your wishes and expectations. You'll receive a detailed summary of what your wedding dress will look like. If any minor adjustments are needed or you'd like to change something, you can give me feedback at any time. Only when you're completely satisfied will we move on to the next phase.

3. Taking measurements – from the comfort of your own home

To ensure your wedding dress fits perfectly, we need your exact measurements. Don't worry, it's easy! I'll send you detailed instructions on how to take your measurements at home. It's ideal if you have a second person to help you. You'll need a tape measure. If you have any questions, I'm always here to help.

4. Making the wedding dress

Once we have your measurements and the finalized design, the actual production of your wedding dress begins. We craft each dress with the utmost precision and attention to detail, ensuring it perfectly fits your measurements and expectations. We use only high-quality materials and ensure that every detail is implemented exactly according to your wishes. Production typically takes at least six months, so please allow sufficient time for your dress.

5. Shipment

Once your wedding dress is completed, we'll ship it directly to your address. You can then try it on in the comfort of your own home and check that everything fits perfectly. With a custom-made dress, further adjustments are usually unnecessary. If your measurements have changed or you require adjustments/alterations, please contact a tailor of your choice at your own expense.

6. Delivery

Please check carefully to make sure you have entered or sent me the correct shipping address. We cannot accept responsibility for undelivered shipments due to address errors.

IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES

Ena Eskander cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, as we have no control over these processes. Our dresses are shipped from Austria. Please note that local laws, e.g., outside the EU, may require payment of taxes upon arrival. These are enforced by the customs authorities in your country .

Ena Eskander is not responsible for import duties and taxes. Failure to pay these payments may result in your order being returned to Ena Eskander, and you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment and any additional fees.

DELIVERY TIME

For orders, we ask for a delivery time (in addition to the production time) of 5-10 working days.
