👗 Custom-made & fit
Are the dresses at Ena Eskander made to measure?
Yes – each dress is made individually for you, based on your personal body measurements and design preferences.
How does the measuring process work?
You'll find detailed instructions on the website. After you place your order, I'll be happy to advise and support you via video or chat.
Can I have my dress altered later?
Depending on the progress of the custom-made garment, minor adjustments may be possible if necessary. If you notice that your measurements are changing, please contact us early – we'll find a solution.
⏳ Ordering & Manufacturing
How long will it take to make my dress?
Production takes at least six months. Each dress is lovingly crafted from scratch – using high-quality fabrics, fine craftsmanship, and plenty of time for every detail.
I'm getting married sooner – is express production possible?
In individual cases, yes. Contact me as soon as possible – I'll check if an express order is possible (possibly for an additional charge).
How can I order my dress?
You can order directly in the shop or contact me beforehand. As soon as your measurements are available, production will begin—I'll keep you updated regularly.
🚚 Delivery & Returns
Where is delivery going?
We ship worldwide – carefully packaged and with tracking. Shipping costs are displayed during checkout.
Can I return my dress?
Since your dress is custom-made to your measurements, returns are unfortunately not possible. We are therefore happy to provide comprehensive advice before ordering, if you wish.
How do I care for my dress after the wedding?
We recommend professional cleaning by a bridal specialist.

Can I express design preferences?
Yes! Many details like the neckline, sleeves, back, and fabric can be customized. Even completely custom designs are possible—just ask me.
Are there dresses for the registry office or a small celebration?
Yes. We also offer more affordable, modern models—perfect for the registry office or a smaller wedding.
Do you also make accessories like veils?
Yes – upon request, we can create matching veils or sleeve overlays to match your dress.

Which payment methods are possible?
You can pay securely and conveniently by credit card, Klarna, or Sofortüberweisung. Installment payments are possible in many countries.
Is my payment secure?
Yes – all data is transmitted encrypted. We work with certified payment providers.
